Amazon launches gymwear label Aurique

Amazon has jumped aboard the gym/athleisure treadmill, launching women’s performancewear brand Aurique.

Adding to its four in-house brands, Aurique promises “fashion-forward and quality pieces at affordable prices,” the online retail giant said.

The autumn/winter collection includes leggings, sports bra, tops and running jackets, priced £14-£26.

Frances Russell, VP for Amazon Fashion Private Brands Europe, said: “Aurique was created to fit our customer’s busy lifestyles and complement their wardrobes with beautifully designed, fashion-inspired activewear.

“We want to provide our customers with comfortable and stylish athleisure outfits, which are affordable and make them feel great at every occasion.”

Detailing includes mesh inserts, bold prints and geometric designs in a range of fabrics including velvet and high-shine options.
